update structure and fix bugs #21

There were some bugs related to the path and conflicting libraries!

Remove the need to install or download eigen by adding the files to the include folder.
Add the files in the root folder to the include folder.
Modify the code to adapt to the above change.
Added .gitignore file
Add a second data sample.

The code has now been tested and works in recent Ubuntu 24.04
