Problematic Country Codes from Natural Earth Data #12

The SU_A3 country for Palestine is PSX whereas the ISO_A3 code is PSE, so all maps currently created don't display data for Palestine, even if it exists. Using ISO_A3 instead doesn't work either because of wrong/missing values for France and Norway.

For the time being perform replacements in generated topojson file. Check the following countries for possible differences between ISO3 and SU3 codes:

[x] Baikonur
[x] Falkland Is.
[x] Greenland
[x] Kosovo
[x] N. Cyprus
[x] New Caledonia
[x] Papua New Guniea
[x] Portugal
[x] S. Sudan
[x] S. Geo. and S. Sandwich
[x] Somaliland
[x] W. Sahara

All checked some were correct other now have replacements.

There is no Palestine because it is not a country!
