Rename geo files and map units #2

Create directory structure for geo files and rename them accordingly, e. g.

geo/
    world/
        countries.topojson
        continents.topojson
    countries/
        usa/
            states.topojson

Give map units a generic term, e. g. units or subunits instead of countries.
