get states from other countries #35

would it also be possible to query states/departments from other countries outside the USA?

It's not included in the current datasets, so the package would need to be expanded.

The datasets look quite comprehensive. Do you know what the data sources of this project are?

Could I add the admin2code to the cities reference data as for the UK/GB this would bring down the counties (equivalent to state)? admin1code for the UK is currently the country within the UK/GB that the city sits in (England/Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland).

Thanks for the suggestion Chris! At the moment I don't want to increase the size of the datasets, because of my LFS storage limit.
