What about examples:

[ ] ensure that if user click "Save as" on JSON it will be saved with common/fluka/shieldhit info
[ ] add "common" example i.e. carbon ion beam
[ ] add one "Fluka" example
[ ] filter the examples using switch common/fluka/shieldhit
[ ] strip examples from generated input files

Electron is missing on particle filter list for Fluka:

Can you add 10 MeV eletrons as beam source ?

Then in the scoring include 2D mesh of dose and 1D plot of dose

It doesn't make sense to add plots of fluence for electron beams as it seems particle filter with electrons cannot be defined. Maybe you could fix it quickly ?
