Fix the link to the panelization documentation #660

Small fix of the link in the README.md to point to the intro to the panelization, instead of an old, non-existent file.

Thank you for noting; however, the proposed fix is flawed (it first links to a detailed page, and then it references the introduction). Closing this in the favor of b4188f2.
