All resources are in SYS_PLACE/RESOURCE_TYPE/RESOURCE
Templates are searched in SYS_PLACE/RESOURCE
With this patch they are like other resources i.e. /usr/share/pcbdraw/templates/simple.handlebars

Otherwise I must install it at /usr/share/pcbdraw/simple.handlebars
