Debug menu translation #11

There is some "DEBUG" menu, unlockable using CWCheat, that isn't translated (if you are going to, be sure to backup the save file). If it doesn't appear open any menu and exit it. So I knew that debug menu was hiding somewhere, but I didn't know how to access it. Now I do. But honestly, I don't see any reason translate it, since normally it isn't a part of the game. It is definitely not a priority, but thanks anyway!
