Data load failure dialog box not translated

データのロードに失敗しました。 データのチェックを中止しますか？

Google Translate says "Failed to load data. Do you want to cancel the data check?" which seems about right.

First encountered after trying to loading a save after pulling my PSP out of a pocket. I haven't tried reproducing this dialog box. I suspect it can be triggered by entering a LOAD menu with a memory card inserted containing save data, removing the memory card, then trying to load a save file.

I see, thanks! I skipped some system messages during translation, since I've never encountered them (and thus decided that they weren't a main priority). This one will be fixed.
