KMnO4 is missing in Wikipedia's Dictionary of Chemical Formulas. #28

Probably we can add http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potassium_permanganate to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dictionary_of_chemical_formulas

What else is missing?

K2MnO4 is missing as well!

I propose to allow exceptions here! Just a Python module, containing pre-defined data, which is known to be missing.

And of course update Wikipedia!

I've updated wikipedia with potassium manganate and permanganate. But it looks like there're quite a bit of compounds missing which start with potassium (e.g. potassium chlorate).

Next step is to merge Russian and English versions of the page.
