T stands for Tritium - a radioactive isotope of hydrogen. The Wikipedia's Dictionary contains two compounds with it HTO and T2O.

Most likely we should skip it. Don't we?

+1 to remove these I think it means that we have to add some type of exceptions – ions/compounds/atoms/etc that we'd like to ignore.

I think we have to rename this issue into something like "Add list of ions/compounds/atoms/etc to ignore", and pin the fact that we wanna ignore Tritium

In master it is filtered by -group/-atom. It appeared in compact-formulas. However, it could worth having explicit filter.
