There are three components to the script:

install.sh
build.sh
test.sh

Running ubuntu-nuclear-software-installer.sh will run each of these components in series. Right now, the only software they install, build, and test is OpenMC.

This issue can be closed when @npanczyk and/or @nsryan2 have reviewed and tested the script to operate without failure.

Hey @yardasol, maybe this could be a good opprotunity for @osanstrong as he's been working on some scripting tools for the group.
