version 0.5.4 vs 0.5.2 #124

Im using miso to calculate psi of an alternative 5 prime splice site. There is a mis-match between the calculated psi from the sashimi plot and the output from miso with version 0.5.4. This is no mismatch with 0.5.2. Please see attached. miso command line for each is exactly the same. Did update affect this? miso054.pdf miso052.pdf
