EXPT: add/update BFSongRepo behavioral analysis

• change / add article code + scripts so we can evaluate models from learning curves on other days of BFSongRepo
  • move namedtuple LearncurveAnnot outside function, so we can use it in scripts
  • add src/scripts/BFSongRepository/eval_other_days.py
• add config files in data/configs/Bengalese_Finches/behavior
  • and update configs with paths to csvs generated by vak prep
• add script error_across_birds_with_cleanup.csv in results/Bengalese_Finches/behavior/
• add modules to article package for behavioral analysis
  • add bfbehav sub-package with sequence and stats modules
  • add trans_mat module to plot sub-package
• add branch-point-inspection.ipynb in src/scripts/Bengalese_Finches/behavior/
  • used to visually inspect transition matrices, to identify candidate branch points for behavioral analysis
• remove doc/article/figures/mainfig_bf_error_across_days
  • these are the old figures
• add source data scripts to src/scripts/Bengalese_Finches/behavior/
  • add eval_across_days_source_data.py, generates source data for panel A of figure that evaluates model performance across days
  • branch_point_stats_source_data.py
  • add run_branch_point_stats.py
  • runs stats to test whether predictions reproduce ground truth behavioral results, i.e. can we detect any difference b/t them statistically using method in Warren et al. 2012
• add source data to results/Bengalese_Finches/behavior/
  • add eval-across-days.csv generated by script
  • add transition probabilities source data
  • branch_points_stats.csv
• add figure panel notebooks to src/scripts/Bengalese_Finches/behavior
