after refactor in #177 add a separate README in the article/ sub-directory

[ ] explain we used conda envs with package installed in development mode with pip
[ ] provide env.yml + spec-file.txt for one of those envs
[ ] and step-by-step instructions for how to install into it

to document and also achieve "Good enough" reproducibility
