EXPT: run a couple more window size experiments

add configs for Bengalese finches, window size 22 and 44
add source error csvs generate from results of those two window size experiments, from running 'make_error...'
modify script generate_hyper_params_expts_source_data.py to include those two additional window size experiments for BFs
re-run and update results/hyperparams_expts/source_data.csv
tweak hyperparams fig code and re-run to generate figs
update fig files in mainfig_postprocess_error_rates
update fig files: effect-of-post-processing-and-hyperparams.ai and .png
