One improvement I would make would be to describe the reasons someone would use Yardsale over another service like Ebay or Craigslist. It isn't clear to me what Yardsale offers that would entice me to leave a well established service.

It seems like your group is heavily promoting the convenience of Yardsale, but even eBay autogenerates shipping labels. If you could somehow make it easier to sell on Yardsale than on any other platform, I think you would quickly capture a large number of millennial and middle-class users. Personally, I'm too lazy to print the shipping label, find a cardboard box to ship stuff, and drop it off at the post office. If you shipped the label and box directly to the customer and scheduled a UPS pick up, I could see people paying a fairly high fee for the convenience.

I would suggest adding more information on features, specific to your company, that separates other larger groups from your group. What makes your company more appealing than other larger and similar companies such as eBay or Etsy?
