I like the idea of having a yard sale online but the monthly fee price is not listed so someone who might be interested wouldn't know which one would cost less. To me, having to pay a subscription to sell things online wouldn't be viable compared to Amazon or ebay where you can sell things without having to worry about that. The premium fee could include reduced shipping or give them some benefit other than just not the 3% fee per sale to try to make it more desirable.

In the first paragraph "guarantee" is misspelled, in Value Proposition near the end "showcase" is misspelled and under Products and Services "convenience" is misspelled, that's not relevant to your business but is something you'll want to edit.
