Updated files for JKQ-DDSIM #18

This PR fixes #17 by making the Boost depdency optional (and only required to build the simulator standalone executable). Building the benchmark executable now works without Boost.

@Roger-luo Could you please rerun the evaluation?

nice, sorry that I didn't update the benchmark in time, we are reworking this benchmark repo to include more benchmarks recently, and hopefully, this would solve the building issues once and for all.

I'll try this PR when I got more time next week.

Hi, sorry I didn't run this PR yet. I just tried it, it seems to work well. I'll merge this PR first, I'll let you know if there are further issues.
