1. Contact details of the testimony giver are seen as an input field and a mandatory one - for example - https://haytisham.herokuapp.com/moderateStory/5f9dc64f4e1e4100375c9e18
2. the last question of the form is seen only after moderation and hidden from the original story (about someone in a similar position)
3. when deleting the entire text of a specific field for the purpose of editing, the entire field and question are hidden from the screen and there's no way of getting it back :(
4. the date is not formatted correctly
5. z-index of the tags input multiple selection is weird when scrolling
