Problem to compile without graphicallcd #29

In file included from components/tuxtxtapp.cpp:5:0:
../lib/gdi/lcd.h:9:33: fatal error: glcdgraphics/bitmap.h: No such file or 
directory

This problem exists when compiles enigma2-pli-nightly-full without External 
Graphical LCD

Tested in spark and spark7162

must  with  Graphical LCD  compile.

Yes with Graphical LCD option compiles good but I want to compile also without 
external Graphical LCD support

It is extra work to support compile flag for disabling graphlcd.. It doesn't 
take much place anyway. However patches are welcome :)
