Devs missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Image compiles ok using STM24_211, but when i go into flash directory and run 
the script./spark.sh .. the devs are missing and do not make .. (Makedev not 
seeming to work)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image should build and devs appear in tmp/Root/devs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

we use udev they are created after the start
