Application blocked by Java Security, no instructions how to resolve this under 'Installation' #142

When I try to start Viccuna Uploader it says 'Application blocked by Java Security' and that I have to add it to the 'Exceptions site list', please could you add instructions on the installation section for how to add things to the exceptions site list and also what to add (it seems like a list of websites).

@mrjohnc Which version of Java do you have? Which OS do you have?
