Improvements to Color Picker

It is unclear how exactly we should improve the color picker.

Here's some of the feedback suggesting we should enhance it:

• "there needs to be a little box where you can type the exact color value" ( http://trixel.io/2638 )
• Various comments on this douglass
  • "Improving TRIXEL? it would be nice have color correction system or brushes for details"
  • "I love the colorwheel and would never get rid of it but I would like to see a way to pick colors using HEX or RGB values."
  • "Yeah, being able to pick stuff through a HEX system would be the thing I'd want most! Woo!"
  • "I'd like to save different colours , or maybe choose one colour and then use its different shades"

Seems like an exact color picker, I guess in addition to the color wheel, is the way to go, but who can say?!
