changed twitter logo to X #1220

This solves issue #1219 The twitter logo of the navbar was update to X. Screenshot 2023-10-21 212815

Hi, someone else can approve/make this change, I don't like how the logo looks compared to the other ones. Also the website is still twitter.com, so they haven't done the full change either
