error An unexpected error occurred: "https://registry.npmjs.org/react: connect ETIMEDOUT 2606:4700::6810:1123:443". #8963

This error happened when I type and run yarn install, could anyone help me to fix this bug(error). There two days without can what to do. yarn-error

The soluction for solved this problem, was uninstall nodejs after clear all files/folders npm and nodejs in my computer, restart computer and reinstall nodejs, this solved my problem.
