Devices with no menu button #340

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using? 0.5.0

Device:  Motorola Droid Turbo, stock ROM

Issue:  Device has no menu button, so can't access any android-vnc-viewer 
functions including menu-D to disconnect session, menu-S for send keys, etc.  I 
am able to connect, zoom, left and right click on host screen, but soft 
keyboard does not send text to host.

Found solution.  In phone display settings for Turbo there is option to get 
menu function by "long click on task button" (task button is recent apps 
button).  No defect with app.
