Releasing an updated npm package version #149

can you also invite me to the npmjs project at https://www.npmjs.com/package/blessed-contrib with publish access so I can release new versions with the updates we added to the github repo?

How do we want to deal with this? Somehow I doubt substack will be able to deal with this amongst his 930 repos. I remember him doing talks years ago about "everyone should write loads of packages and just publish them to npm" Just saw #96
