MQA Files has not MQA flag

This is simply not true. There is absolutely an MQA tag, and my LG G7 which I use also displays MQA on the top of the music player. Also when I go in to details it shows this. Also you're crazy if you don't like MQA, it adds depth when using things that are compatible with it.

look at these parameters, for MQA tracks:

Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz Bit depth : 24 bits

This is a serious error. Can confirm when downloading the Master track the MQA version is not downloaded. Instead it's a FLAC with 48kHz or 44.1kHz with 24 bits. When playing on my MQA-capable DAP, it comes up as FLAC 48kHz 24bit / PCM 48kHz 24 bit. Normally I expect to see the green or blue MQA logo with at least 96kHz sampling rate.

If you have a MQA Renderer you need a software so called "core decoder" for the first unfold like "USB Audio Player Pro", "Audirvana", "Roon". If you have a MQA Decoder you can just play those files and it will detect MQA. Most software MQA player need those tags to show MQA correctly.

Which DAC do you have? What are your Audrivana settings? You can choose between MQA Renderer, MQA Decoder and No MQA in the Audirvana settings.

You need the latest footer200 version (I think you need version 1.67+) than just select the output device with [exclusive] in the name, that's it.

Then just close all programs or restart your PC, because no other program is allowed to use that output now, just foobar2000.

That's odd, maybe try the foobar2000 ASIO driver, not sure if your DAC supports ASIO though.

I don't see anything attached and as long as you are using exclusive audio with no EQ or any other modification it will work.

Do I select smslu exclusive mode in preferences for foobar. Should I be using wasapi exclusive mode

Yes you have to select the [exclusive] SMSLU in foobar2000 and that is automatically WASAPI exclusive. In order to decode MQA it needs to be bit perfect so you have to disable an EQ or similar.

When I go to audio output there is not an option to select Wasapi Output Exclusive Mode. Can I just select Default Speakers(smsl usb dac) exclusive.
