MQA Not Downloading - just normal flac

I've tried with the Pro version and the cli version - access token is up to date.

Maybe show as Master, but don't ever are really Master, maybe we have wait a time to Tidal Upload really Master Quality...

I discovered that you have to get the good old "Authorization: Bearer" token again from the hidden files in your Android device. Once you have a fresh token just enter this in the field Access Token in settings(Windows GUI) click on OK ("Refresh settings success!")and you will get full MQA (and even Dolby Atmos)again.😎 Unfortunately, you have to do this every next day because this token is not valid more than 24 hours.

(path on Phone: Android\data\com.aspiro.tidal\cache\okhttp the token is usually hidden in some of the first 4 to 5 tekst files)

Hi, when you run Tidal-Gui there may be two options, if you request the code, you have to go to the tidal website and log in with your account details, and enter the Tidal-Gui code that returns (usually 4 or 5 characters), if it doesn't ask to log in to Tidal web page, go to Options "Settings" and see options for "AccesToken", click "Try Get" two or more times, after closing small windows, click click all the "x", after doing this, you can copy the link from Tidal app or tidal web player to browse options and get artists album, song or music, mouse click bookmark on the title (album) marked as blank to select all and download...

@ritaban Here's what i mean.(you have to have a premium account for Masters) If you use the Tidal app on android smartphone you can hit "Download" (next to the "Credits" symbol) when you play an album. Make sure you play a "Master" album(or track) and download it locally. Tidal will store the album in your phone in path: Phone\Android\data\com.aspiro.tidal. Tidal will also store several timestamp text files in there. CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO PC AND GO TO THE MENTIONED DIR. In there you'll find several folders. In the folder Phone\Android\data\com.aspiro.tidal\cache\okhttp you'll find textfiles of all sorts. In the files there will be one containing the tekst "Authorization: Bearer" followed by the very long token which you have to copy and paste into the GUI settings replacing the one that's already there.(screenshot) If you click on OK you'll see that it becomes green and saying "Refresh settings success!. (screenshot) ⬇Before downloading: make sure you shift the dropdown to Master ⬇

MIND YOU a token is valid only 24 hours. If you want to dl mqa again next days you have to download another album on your phone again to get a new token. It's a bit of a workaround until Yarronzz has fixed the "problem" again but it's working for me. NOTE: some players(e.g.Audrivana Studio) do not always recognize MQA files and there I had to use MQA tag restorer to get I 100% again. With ROON there's no such trouble.
