Same for me. Tried several tracks in Master quality but the downloads are always 16Bit 44.1k. Maybe MQA format cannot be transfered by TMD-Pro...?
You have to get your OAUTH token and then go to settings and paste it in the AccessToken field. The token does expire not sure how long it takes to expire. So you will need to get the new token when it stops downloading MQA quality.
Everything working with Tidal Media Downloader :) Download pure MQA raw files is 24-bit 48Khz FLAC ~1700kb/s (hi-fi FLAC have ~900kbs and 16-bit 41kHz. For full Master quality support You must have decode software or hardware for example DAC with support MQA playback. Unfortunately this standard have payment license. You must buy product for example USB DAC with MQA or software player for smartphone or PC with certificated playback. Captain obvious - TIDAL support MQA because they have official licensed player and You must PAY for that ;)

Hi, it's fixed with the most recent version. You just have to log into the real tidal desktop app, then open tidal media downloader pro and go to settings and click on the button that says get access token then click okay. But the access token does expire so you just have to repeat the process if it stops downloading mqa files.
In the old versions, when I copy and paste the artist link, it would find and download all the albums of that singer, but in new versions I cannot find and download the albums of the singer one by one, I have to copy - paste them.

I refreshed the token successfully, but the bitrate of my "master" download is 1355kbps. That seems to me to be "HiFi" not "Master" right? Am I doing something wrong? How can I tell if the file I downloaded is MQA / "Master" quality or just HiFi?
I tried several tracks in master quality but the downloads are always 16Bit 44.1 kHz While the old version Tidal-gui.exe can download in 24Bit 48kHz format
All 24 mqas are 15bit max anaway. As 8 bits are used to store inaudible frequencies and 1 bit to show the mqa logo on the dac. 😁

I have hi-fi account, I havent been able to download any master files despite making sure "master" is set to my default. Downloading both master and hi versions of albums, yield the same exact file sizes.
Examples: Deftones : Ohms album, as well as the Smashing Pumpkins single "Confessions of a Dopamine addict" which are both available in Master quality, but downloads in standard via the gui app.
