[FEATURE]: Mark download playlist as optional when downlading all from Artist #1116

tidal-dl

Describe the feature

Right now, tidal-dl, allows you to not download EP's and Singles from artist url. I would like to have this same option but for artist playlist.

New option:

True: will download artist's playlists False: won't download artist's playlists
