Question I was playing CS: GO after downloaded albums with the GUI downloader. I found the fps is very low. Then I tried to restart computer, not working. But shutdown my computer then restart works. It happens frequently. The more songs I downloaded, the lower fps. I once even cannot use Windows fluently.
