TensorFlow 2.3.1 with GPU, but No AVX, Python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, CentOS 7.9 #211

Hi, I am trying to install TensorFlow 2.3.2 without AVX in my CentOS 7.9 system. However, having problems as usual. Can anyone help me with this?

Still no release. If someone was able to find GPU version for no AVX, please let me know.
