tensorflow 2.15 no avx no cuda, python 3.12 for windows 10 64 bit #227

please help me build this version of tensorflow. I have very old laptop and cpu doesn't support avx instructions and it doesn't have nvidia graphics for cuda but i have python 3.12 installed. so please help

OS: windows 64 bit avx: not supported cuda: not supported python: 3.12.2
