Support for Hammer 2.x #5

Obvs Hammer.js has now got a 1.x and a 2.x branch, where 2.x hass been "completely rewritten". When I tried I was not able to simply switch my project dependency to Hammer.js v2.0.4 and have knockouch work.

@yaroslavya, are you planning to provide support for 2.x of Hammer? I am available to contribute to the project and help with this.

@rbose85 didnt think about that. But a ery good idea! Will add bower installation asap. Then add Hammer 2.x support. Feel free to help, would appreciate greatly!
