updated routing docs for -r mode #31

i updated the routing section to include information on how to handle -r mode. If it seems too cryptic, i could include an example using sample IP addresses and routing commands, but it seems like anyone using iodine would be clever enough to at least understand ip r/route

Raw mode does not affect how routing should be configured.
