Enable multiple journals #18

As a user I want to have a separate journals so that I can easily organise my entries.

You shouldn't have to have multiple accounts to have journals.

I might want to have a journal for work stuff, one for personal, etc.

I've added this to the 1.0.0 milestone because I feel like it will be a huge pain to retrofit it later. Doesn't seem like it should be so hard anyway.
