Piping the input and output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Using Image resizer with command line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I cannot use Image Resizer for recieved input from another program output via 
stdin and stdout

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- R33, Windows 7 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
- If Image Resizer can support piping from stdin and stdout, it can be used in 
conjunction with another command line software. Example: ImageResizer + 
ImageMagick can support any format that was supported by ImageMagick and any 
resizer filter that was supported by ImageResizer.

Because I see your to do list in CLI source code. There is a task for providing 
script function in ImageResizer (awsome). The script will be more powerful if 
ImageResizer can provide input and output from stdin and stdout and send error 
to stderror.
