This is a WIP, un-tested and also my first PR.

[x] add qbittorent max file count
- [x] TODO check if not uploading as zip.
- [x] check if uploading to telegram (not rclone) as this is telegram specific file count limit.
[ ] DDL extracting (Aria2)
[ ] MegaController
[ ] Add to readme.
