Leech splitting to telegram not according default/desired config #27

I set my TG_UP_LIMIT = 2147483648. When leeching file/torrent to telegram of more than 2gb size like 6gb, it gets split to 1.3gb or 1.6gb/file not 2gb/file. Thanks

Pls also add an option to disable splitting of zip files when uploading to cloud. Thanks
