○ Observation: Users had difficulty finding the friends section of the application, and it was also their least favorite aspect of the app
○ Possible Reason: Since the section was difficult to find, it deterred users from enjoying the social aspect of the application.
○ Changes: Change the labels from images to text in order to increase readability and no longer leave it up to interpretation. Also, could provide a tutorial walk-through of the app and its features when users first create an account in order to familiarize them with all of the features.
