Compare Selene with other popular Selenium wrappers:

SeleniumBase
Pylenium
Splinter
Helium

Also compare with other frameworks from Java and JS world

I added PR with draft. I wrote what I could at that moment (Apr'23). There was one quick review by Yasha. I added his verbal comments to PR's description.

Further work is needed by the owner (@yashaka) or who knows how to write wrappers as Yasha knows :)
