Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often find that 404 error pages on platforms are either confusing or unhelpful. When users encounter a broken link or a missing page, they may feel frustrated and unsure about what to do next, leading to potential disengagement from the platform.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to design a user-friendly 404 error page that clearly communicates that the requested page cannot be found. The page should include engaging visuals, a friendly message, and navigation options that guide users back to active sections of the site. It should also provide a search bar and links to popular content to help users find what they're looking for.
Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative is to redirect users to the homepage automatically, but this could confuse users about what happened. Another option is a generic error page with minimal information, but this does not enhance user experience. A customizable error page that reflects the platform's branding and tone would be far more effective.
Additional context
The 404 page should maintain the same visual identity as the rest of the SolShare platform, using brand colors and typography. It could also include fun elements or humor to keep the experience lighthearted, rather than frustrating. Ensuring that the 404 page is responsive and works well on all devices is also crucial for maintaining user engagement.
