Enhance Crypto Guard page with responsive design and improved user experience

Implemented responsive layout for better viewing on mobile devices.
Added file type restrictions to the file input fields (.txt, .json, .xml).
Enhanced button styles with hover effects for improved interactivity.
Improved overall styling and structure for a cleaner appearance.
Included a user-friendly link display for encrypted files.

This update enhances usability and accessibility for all users.
