DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE...
Under "My skills" section those skills mentioned there as buttons are not actually buttons, but still they behave as if those were links to somewhere. That hover effect on them does not suit well and degrades the user experience.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR...
In my opinion those buttons can have a minimalistic hover effect making them more sober and simply attractive. That hover effect just doesn't seem appropriate there...Assign me the issue if you agree, I can fix it.
