Added Log Channel Support #11

Added CHANNEL_ID variable in config.

CHANNEL_ID : Unique identifier (int) or username (str) of the target chat. For your personal cloud (Saved Messages) you can simply use “me” or “self”.

Bot must be added to channel administrative privileges
