Message in result box does not match behavior of application

Description

When executing a find command that yields no results, the error message says 0 applications listed but the list clearly still has applications

Expected Behavior

The list should be empty

Actual Behavior

Team's Response

As per our user guide, the search results from the find command will be displayed in the view panel, and we have clearly indicated the location of the view panel in our UG
