question about bipartite #1

Could you explain the "bipartite" experiments? What are the two states expressed in the usual form? Why does it use qutip instead of quiskit? Is not quiskit our background software?

The line where 'qutip' was imported was commented out. So it was not in use. I have removed it now.

The two states are taken from the paper Conditions for a class of entanglement transformations

In this file we check whether these two states are transformable to each other
