funny bug. Sections 84 and 81 cross-reference each other.

Simple mechanism for detecting recursion of footnotes added. It prevents
crash, however it does not completely solves problem of nested footnotes.
Standard TeX 'footnote' command does not seems to handle them properly.

I see that the following package:

http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/bigfoot/README

seems to solve this. To be investigated....
